I'm looking to adopt a persian kitty. I have looked on petfinder.com but with no sucess. I also found a persian rescue but they are fairly far away from me. Does anyone know any persian rescues near woodbridge virginia or anyone near that area that is looking to rehome their persian kitty.

Call the Persian Rescue and ask if they can help with transporting a cat to you. (703)729-3540 They may be able to help co-ordinate volunteers driving all or part of the way to you to bring the cat, if they feel you will provide a good home. Such volunteer co-ordination has brought cats much greater distances in the past!

Even if they don't have the kitty you are looking for they can help get information for even a local breader or shelter that may have one.

If u r set on a persian talk to the rescue people.Some cases they have arranged transport.
