ok, so this girl and i were kinda seeing each other. Out of nowhere she told me she wanted to be friends. We stopped talking to each other, for a while, but now she keeps talking to me all the time on msn and via text and keeps sending me signals/hints, such as.... she keeps telling me that she has nothing to do (hints at me to meet up with her and even asks me to watch dvd's at her house). When we watch dvd's she keeps getting really close, even though she told me she jusy wants to be friends! She said to me the other day that her mum keeps asking if i'm her boyfriend and that she keeps looking at her "knowingly" when she tells her no. she then asked if i thought we were weird and continued by saying "i dont think we're weird... it doesnt feel weird" What the hell is going on? She keeps saying the opposite to what her actions tell me! What are your opinions?

It's call mind games. Dump the thing and get some new toys to play with. Girls are a dime for every two dozen and not one of them is worth the sweet off your sack. get a new girl and get rid of the mind games.

You both need to be honest with eachother as to what is going on. I assume that you are both young and don't have a lot of experience with trying to get inside the head of the opposite sex? If that is the case then you need to think....
1. Do I like this girl?
2. Would I like to go out with her?
If the answer is 'yes' to the above then ....
3. Does she like me?
4. Does she want to go out with me?
The only way to get the answers to 3 and 4 is to ask her. If you are really enjoying her company and want to take it further then just ask her. She might be waiting for you to make the first move because, even though we are supposed to live in a world of equality, a lot of women like the bloke to take the lead in the early days. If you can't be arsed asking her and she is waiting for you to ask then what sort of a signal does that send out? She'll think that you are a dithering idiot!
Take her out for a coffee or somewhere away from your mates and family and bite the bullet.
....and don't worry - later down the line she'll be doing all the organising!
Good luck!

I think the question should be what do you want?To tell you the truth i think the girl is confused. If you have feelings for her speak up but if your feelings for her are based on what she says or does then take a break. A blind man cannot lead another blind man. They will both fall into a pit. You may consider setting some boudaries for yourself till you really understand what the both of you want. After all it takes two to tangle.

hi.
you've been asking this same question for 2 weeks now, and had loads of answers.
what's the point in asking if you don't listen to what people say?!!?
you're only confused because you are not making any sort of decision, or any moves to sort out what is going on here.
i'll tell you (again) what just about everyone else has told you...
tell her that her behaviour is confusing you. that if she wants to just be friends she has to stop behaving as though she wants more. and if she wants more, then she needs to admit to it.
and if you can't get a straight answer from her, you need to ask yourself whether you should walk away, or whether you are in fact enjoying it just as it is.
then either start going out with her, walk away, or let it be what it is.
and then shut up about it. :)

I think she likes you somewhat but may be considering someone else so she is laying low trying to test the waters to see what she wants. Maybe you should do the same or let her know that and she will make up her mind on what she wants real fast if she thinks someone is on the prowl for you.

I think there are 2 possibilities here.
1. she likes screwing with your head. If so you need to decide if it's worth it.
2. She is waiting for you to tell her you want to be more than friends.
My guess is that it's number 2. She wants some assurance before she invests emotionally.

Us girls are weird she probably does like you and is scared, just wait a little bit to see is she makes a move, if she doesn't then you make the move and if you do and she says she just wants to be friends then she is just playing games with you move on and forget about her.

I think that she is playing with you and loves the attention you are giving her. Ask her straight out what she wants and that she can't have it both ways. She either wants you or she doesn't and she has no right playing with your feelings. Good luck.
