he may be shy which would explain the teasing you should ask him yourself when you to are alone so he doesn't feel uncomfortable. also if he seems surprised that you ask him don't tease him just keep your cool you don't want to turn him away

well if he is treating you differently then other girls by doing this to you then there is a possiblity that he could like you.i say ask his friends and if they say yea then go ahead and ask him
