he's always staring at me. and at lunch while i was in the lunch line, and he was at a table, he was staring at me w/ a weird look. and in one of the classes that i have w/ him. he was there first and telling everyone that walked in to get some assignment or sumthin, and he was all 't-t-traci.." so am i just noticing nothing or does he like me?

Do you like him? If you don't, find out if he likes you ((ask a friend to find out for you)) and if he does, tell him KINDLY that you don't have the same feelings for him. Tell him you want to be friends and you may find out that he's a great guy. Good Luck!! ♥♥♥

I would suggest confronting him and find out. Thats what I do. At first they (guys) may be a little shy. So I think your best bet would be to have a really close friend ask what he is doing? wether he likes you or not.

It depends, try to show him whether or not you like him back. It may just be one of those 'i like you' kinda week for him. Make him notice you if you want, if not then he may not be worth it. So he probably does its hard to say just gotta be around him more and see how he reacts.

trust me, he digs ya. i do that to girls all the time and they get the picture. they usually blush and laugh. i then go up to them and make a small joke/pickup line which makes them giggle again. then girls know for sure that u like them
