Where do I get my boxing license?

I'm a 13 year old beginner in Boxing, where can I get my License in Virginia? One of my friends used to box in puerto rico but he's 16 and the place he went too is now closed...
advice?

If you are serious about boxing you need a trainer. Any trainer that is any good will help you with all that stuff. They take you to fights when you are ready.

I think in most states the age to get licensed is 18. However, if you want to be an amateur boxer you can apply with USA boxing. A local boxing gym should point you in the right direction for this.
