okay, this is easy i have these all the time [i wear glasses when i don't wear contacts!]
First buy some toner or astringent, it's about $6 for a 8 oz. bottle of Biore, which is what i use. Then, take a Q-tip, dip one end in toner or astringent and dab the blackhead with it, let it dry and set for a few minutes, next take any cheap cover-up or foundation you have and apply it to that area [i recommend doing this on the weekend, or when no one will see you =P]
wear it all day long, that night take a pair of nice quality tweezers, your blackhead should have dried up, and have a flaky top, peel it off with the tweezers, you should have minimal discomfort! then, thoroughly clean your face with a good gentle scrub! put a tiny tiny dab of neosporin on the place wear the black head was and rub it in, keep doing that until it heals for minimal-no scarring. it shouldn't scar, it might be reddish for a few days, but don't worry it's temporary!
Good Luck!

Isabella answered this question beautifully. Try her advice. You may also want to go to the drug store and get some Biore nose strips to coax the blackhead to come out of an awkward spot. You are not really limited to putting the strip on traditionally - try putting it in that awkward angle and see if that helps to coax it to come out.

Steam is also your friend..... so fill a sink with hot water and gently and carefully put your face over the steam (be careful) and try to open your pores.

Good luck!

Neutrogina and Clean & Clear products work great, but any blackhead cleanser will probably work well if it has a substantial percentage of salicylic acid (2% or more). That's the active ingredient that dissolves the blockage in your pores.

first off make sure it really is a blackhead because that is very large. Try those biore pore strips and use an exfoliator like st ives invigorating scrub.

vaporize water and put ur face a little bit over the pot so that the steam reaches ur face, but b careful not to burn urself, u have to be minimum 30 cm from the pot with the water getting hot, when it starts to boil, close the flame and with a cloth in ur index fingers inmediatly push ur blackhead.
Voila!!!!!.

go to walgreens and buy a black head extractor they are like three bucks. wash your face with hot water place it on your nose and all that funky stuff should come out. I use it everytime i see a black head. also use an exfoliator to prevent them.
