I have the same problem. I'm 17 and i'm 175 lbs. It sounds big but its not. I'm pretty skinny looking. I suggest going to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and lift. It will increase your muscle mass so you look bigger and pack on some muscle pounds for ya. Do your research. There are alot of sites out there. Good Luck to you and here are some sites I have looked at

If you'd like to gain weight plus take more nutrients than I do, it's
at a K-Mart, Zellars, those chains cheaper, but any Big Drug Store, and it's called Sure in Canada. I'ts in a can loaded with all the nutrients u need and is stored in boxes here. Ever see an elderly person weighing about 70 lbs? Well that's what they give them to gain weight. I was on it at 18 yrs old at 90 lb. Comes in all flavours and doulbt you can O.D. on it, cause the cans r pretty
small and they're actuallly good, like a milkshake without the froth
but I suppose u could make it that way!
Hope I helped you on r way to gain weight?

Eat lean, but then again you probably eat what mom serves you. Eat whatever, but work out. Muscle weighs more than fat so you're better off gaining muscle than eating unhealthy and looking out of shape. The only problem is that at your age, your bones are still growing. If you put on more muscle than what your body needs, you may prevent your bones from growing, stunting your growth. Then you'll be big but short. Enroll at a local gym. Talk to your parents about getting you in there or maybe you can use your school's weight room after school 3 days a week. For muscle mass, you want to be able to do no more than 6-8 reps with maybe 3-5 sets. Consider taking a weight gainer. See your parents about it first. Too many kids these days take all kinds of stuff now and do so by straying away from the directions. Eat a lot of fish and lean meats, like turkey or chicken. Make sure your rest days are in there too. Don't think that if you work out every day you'll get bigger faster. Your muscles grow while they heal. They heal when they are not being worked out. You really shouldn't be concerned with what others think about your body, but then again...I was there too. I will confess to you that in my mid twenty's I was starting to realize my body wasn't burning as many calories as it use to. It was then that I had to get some runs in every week to keep looking slim. I have to work to stay slim now. Enjoy it while you can, buddy.
By the way, I wanted to share with you my morning drink: Frozen Oj concentrate (yeah... the ones in a frozen can). Take about 1/2 a cup of that stuff and throw it into your blender. Toss some pineapple juice (about a 1/4 cup), with half a banana and a few strawberries. Pour a cup of milk (skim or 2%) with two egg whites or 3. Throw a little bit of sugar with tablespoonful of vanilla. Mix it. So good!!!Try it. I am up to 3 egg whites. I peel all my bananas and slice up my strawberries and freeze them so they last longer and help make it cold. Whatever you don't use, freeze it for later in the day. I have this at least 3X daily.

Yes, you can gain weight in a healthy way, by weight lifting...and by doing that you'll be gaining muscle weight.

Or take some suppliments to speed up the muscle/weight gain process like some healthy protein shakes or bars.
