First take a long nail and hammer in 2 or 3 holes to drain the juice. Then I put it in a gallon size freezer bag and take in outside on the cement and crack it a few good times with a hammer.

drill holes in the"eyes"and pour out the juice then place the coconut in a 400 degree oven for 15-20 min,take out and hit with a hammer, it will break right in two.
