I have taken seroquel for a few years, but all it does is make me sleep. It's too strong a med for just sleep, so I quit taking it (with dr's help!!) and tried roserem, ambien cr, and lunesta. Nothing works. I'm going to have to take something that is addictive, by definition. That's ok. I take valium and don't have a problem. Any advice on benzo's as sleep aid would be greatly appreciated...Restoril, Prosom, Halcion are options.
