Its a bursa sliding from one side of your joint to the other.

It's nothing to worry about.

The science behind is very easy actually when you think about it. heres how it works. in between your joints are fluids found in little sacks called bursa. Now, when you "pop" a joint, you squish the water, or otherwise pressurize it. When you push hard enough eventually theres a slit open, and all the water quickly goes through there to relieve the pressure. Thats what the popping noise is - the sound of the water.

Its the same thing as clapping your hands. When your two hands come together, air escapes so fast, or is forced out so fast, that it makes a popping noise. In your joints its the same thing.

No. I'm double jointed too. I could do the samething to my whole body. Dont worry about it. Some people are just born that way. It makes us special. ^_^ It has something to do with our genes.

Hello dear!
We are what we take in!
Ourselves are treating the environment (and what we exchange) according to our strengths and powers!
Since you are so young but still have such problems, I would advice you to read some classic book. No, this is not kidding, it is to our (yours, in this case) salvation! Find and read: About Diet, written by Hippocrates, the father of Medicine!
