do anti depressent pills work?

If you are properly diagnosed (ie if you are given those for depression and/or anxiety AND you do have those conditions), then yes they do work. And so does the light box, exercising, disposing of triggers, mood journaling, eating the right foods (omega3s, vit B6 and B 12, iron, folic acid, tryptophan).

i had them for a short time, but they made me gain almost 30 lbs, even though i was still excersizing and in sports, so it was a viscious cycle, of well, I feel a bit happy today thanks to the pills, but now I'm upset because I'm fat, so that didn't work out so well.
