typo is a when someone misspells a word while typing on the computer, or just types something they didn't mean to
ha, my bad, i thought you meant what does typo mean ; )
anyways like everyone already said, thnx means thanks
it's kind of stupid way to spell it if you ask me

No, It's not a typo. As you probably already know, there are alot of "abreviations"on the internet. Many people on the internet use words such as LOL to shorten the time they write. So Thnx actually means thanks.
LOL= laughing out loud
OMG=Oh my God
g2g=got to go
TTYL=talk to you later
there are many more I am not familiar with..
