First, stop calling him a loser. Quit being the preppy "rich *****" because you won't survive in the real world being that way.
Second, try telling him you're not interested. Say something like "You're a great guy, just not my type" or "You're great and all, but I'd rather be single right now and focus more on school"
Third, stop calling him a loser. You never know, if you sit down and talk to him you might actually find he could become an interesting person.

Next, if he does like you, tell him your sorry but your seeing another guy.
Third, if your nit seeing another guy, get a "guy friend" to pretend to you. It will work. Trust me.

just say sorry you arent my type or if you have to just say umm well im already going out with someone but just try not to hurt his feelings and just tell him that you arent interested like "Well I don't really like you that way but there are plenty of girls out there that would be perfet for you" and that should have him out of your way :)
