Stop washing your face so much!
Start with diet and exercise. Eat healthy, unprocessed foods like whole slow-cooked oatmeal, steamed or raw vegetables, and lean meats only, and skip sausages, fatty foods, oversugared or oversalted anything. Drink at least 6 ounces of water each waking hour. Get lots of sleep and keep regular hours. Your face should clear up magically!

Cleaning your face that many times per day could actually be the problem. You're drying out your skin too much. I used to do the same thing. Then, I started using Netragena face wash (it's in a bottle with a white cap, and goes from orange [at the bottom] to white [at the top] ) and then using a lotion by Clean & Clear. It's in a purple and white bottle, and it says "Dual Action" on the bottle. I wash my face while in the shower. Then when I get out, I give my skin a little time to dry, and then put on the lotion. I haven't had a major pimple problem since. Only one or two that sometimes manage to pop up if I don't wash my face everyday.

I think it might be because you could be using too many things. If you use too many things to help your face you could end up breaking out more. It could also be an alergic reaction to the chemicals in the cleanser or moisturizer you use. I'd suggest giving your face a break from all the treatment for about a week. Then maybe trying out one cleanser and gradually increasing the number of times you use it a day.
sorry if that doesn't help.

You have to attack acne where it starts, with your diet. For me, diet was the cause and solution. Topical medications fight the symptoms. Start by eliminating trans fats and eating more fruits and vegetables. Once you start cleaning up the inside of your body, by eating properly, the outside of your body (your skin) will be get cleaned up too. I started a website to document my problem and solution.

You might find it helpful to read my story. Just remember to eat an all natural/organic diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Stay away from processed foods. Use mild, all natural cleansers and don't pick at your face. Get lots of sleep and enough water for your body weight. Remember, clean body = clean skin. While you're waiting for your skin to clear, remind yourself that acne is a challenge that you will overcome soon. Once you're rid of it, tell all your friends how you did it. That's what I'm doing. God Bless.

You could try using tea tree oil on the spots. I use a cleanser with it in it and it works on getting rid of the oil. Also another option if you can do it is that there is Orthotrycyclin. It's a birth control pill that a lot of doctors have been prescribing for girls with acne.

you might be over doing it. Over cleaning your face can dry it out a lot and cause skin irritation
Personally i use a exfoliator for my skin [Oxy]
If you are using an exfoliator, jsut dont touch your face as the oil and dead skin cells will be left on the new layer of skin that the oxfoliator revealed

Go see a dermatologist. They will be able to give you the answers you're looking for and one visit is cheaper than buying all kinds of different things to "try" to clear up your skin.

Try Noxzema. It works awesome and doesn't dry out your face. My skin is sensitive too, but it works for me.

Well, it sometimes depends on your diet. If you eat all junk food that may be a slight cause in it, also it could be genetics. I use oxy pads. I love them they always clear my skin. Proactiv didn't work that great for me but I love their mask.
