Alright, i am eating heathly, 3 times a day, good heathly food. And i walk in school in gym class, for the whole period around the track. And when i come home around 6 every night i usually exercise, dancing usually, and i do sit ups, crunches. And i have been doing this for about a week, i feel as if im getting no where, Am i doing everything alright? Should i change things?

And how long do you think it should take to loose weight?

Well it sounds that you are doing everything right. When you eat make sure you don't OVER eat. I gym class I would jog or run a little too. While you do your crunches make sure your abs are tight, you get the best results. I am not sure how long it will take you to lose weight. It depends on your muscle mass and such. You may not even lose weight, just gain muscle. Also you should feel a burn while you do the exercises, ALL of them. Keep it up bud. You are doing GREAT!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
