just start talking to him, ask questions. If others interupt you keep your conversation focused on him. If you see him out somewhere remember his name and say hi. Be interested it may take a few weeks but he'll get it. Shy people just don't like rejection.

If hes that shy, he probably won't unless he gets some encouragment that you will talk to him. I'd approach him and start a "safe" and friendly conversation. Unless Im afraid you'll be waiting for while

well my husband was very shy i had to make the first move a boy told me he liked me about 4 months i gave him to ask me out it never happened but his friend kept telling me he liked me so i went to him after 4 months and point blank said look if you want to go out with me ill be ready friday at 5pm you know where i live and he was there at 4.30 pm so some shy ones you just have to point blank ask or say what you think infront of them even on our honey moon i still had to make the first move now i tease him and tell him i tought him everything he knows , and he smiles at me been together 17 years so if you like him go for the goal dont wait

Talk to him first! If he's shy, though, he might be more comfortable talking about something that relates directly to him. Ask him his opinion about something or strike up a conversation about something you know he enjoys.

this is my ponderance of life. i always fall for the shy guys. ask them what they do on their weekend-- they like talking about their hobbies. And you score too-- by getting to know them, and feeling them out about their interests.
otherwise, i have no idea. i'm going through the same thing. <3

You should just walk up to him and say hi. After that, you should say something about something he likes(if you know any) also just sit next to him and say something to him. You could also start talking to one of his friends and ask what the guy you really want to know thinks

First go to him and say,"Hi my name is..... and then talk about school share personal secreats have a coupple of jokes here and there make him feel like he exsists and if his that shy he dont need to come talk to u, u need to talk to him!
