is it better to study electronics as major beside computer science courses or vice versa?
or concentrate on one only??

Depends what turns you on. If you want to write software then CS is for you. If you want to design hardware the EE is for you. If you want to do both then study both. Also learn Verilog/VHDL. You have your whole life ahead of you. Find something that will keep you happy for the next 40 years.
