I'm not really clear on what exactly you are wanting to know - so - interest rates for money judgments vary by state. You would have to check your state statutes to learn what the judgment interest rate is.

As for the accumulating interest - yes the interest will accumulate for as long as the judgment goes unpaid.

When a judgment is filed and granted, there is no interest accrued, but the debtor is responsible for court fees.
