I want to install limewire so it can run in the background and download all the time at my internet cafe without them knowing that it has been installed, How can I do this?

If it is your Internet cafe, then why bother hiding it. If you mean the Internet cafe that you visit, then you may run into problems with their usage agreement (and it sounds like you are trying to sneak this onto their system). If the cafe is smart, they either locked the systems down so tight that you wouldn't be able to do much other than browsing, or they reimage the systems on a regular interval to eliminate user related problems.
