It all depends on how you feel about the guy...
If you feel like you're in love with him...then yeah, tell him.
There's no written rule to who says what...
If he doesn't feel the same, get ready for some hurt, it's part of dating...
I'm in a long-distance relationship myself, trust me, it's been HARD...
But if you're really dedicated and in love with him, and vise-versa.
It'll work out...I've been with my boyfriend for almost over a year now...and it's rough, but we both trust eachother and know what we have is something not worth throwing away...
Good luck~!!
I hoped I helped!

I hate the whole who says i love you first thing!
If its too soon he will get the wrong impression, but when you know you love someone and you know that, that person loves you back it doesn't matter who says it first.
I do know some long distance relatioships that have worked my cousin and her boyfriend have had a long distance relationship for 2 years, i personally don't like long distance relationships but its different for eveyone, if you really care about each other you can make it work,

it doesnt really matter who says i love you first.....it's just who ever says it, has to mean it. those three words are not just a saying that everyone just throws out there. Uhhh also it depends on how far away this relationship is.

The person that is WRONG gives in.
Your sex has nothing to do with it.
