I hadnt filed my state taxes for '05 and I am doing it late now. Its ok since i only had a refund due to me of a small amount and had filed my fed returns..
Do I use my current address (which is in a different state than the state that i am filing my returns for)?

Should be your current address, especially if you want your refund.

It needs to be your current address. If you use an old address, you'll never get your refund!

Use your current address, that's the address they will use to send you your refund.
