When you are a person driving in a car on a rainy day [or just after it has rained] and you see a very large puddle of water and a person walking near it, SLOW DOWN! so you don't splash them. How would you like it if this happened to you? Really is it to much to ask for one to be kind and thoughtless towards others?

this has happened to me when I was a kid. My Dad and I were walking on the sidewalk next to the street waiting to cross the road and a car full of punks swerved over closer to the edge of the road just to splash us. It was their way of having fun. It was no accident, it was just hateful. After all these years I can still remember it. So stupid.

Well, if you know that people will do that...then when you approach an area on the sidewalk where a large puddle is located in the road...check for traffic before crossing. Its alot easier for you to change your habits then it is to make someone else change theirs.

Understand that People are number one in their world, and to total hell with any one else that transgresses their personal space.
This includes drivers. that driver is the greatest and don't care about any one but them selves.
