You CANNOT translate English to Spanish on microsoft word, but you can do it online, on google translate and more!!
THis is what I can remember but maybe there is a new English to Spanish option that I didn't know but go to help and search "English to Spanish translation" on Microsoft Word!
Good luck!

No computer based translation program is reliable. I've heard of cases where "Here's where the fun begins" got translated into "Game time started." Even Star Wars isn't immune-the Jedi Council became the Prysbyterian Church in one case! The most reliable way to do this is just to learn Spanish.

otherwise, try opening microsoft word, click on the tools tab, go down to language, and click on translate after you type what you want to translate.
