whats some good anti-anxiety things i could take or do to calm my stomach day of root canal surgery?

Root canal isn't as bad as it sounds.Have had them.I went in stressed but it went well.No pain. After its over they give you painkillers.I only used two didn't hurt that much.

Valium works well before a procedure but you'll need a ride home. Call the Endo office and explain to them that you're very anxious, see if they can prescribe a couple pills or they may have in office for you to take. Take 30 minutes before procedure. But....you'll be fine, root canals are not that bad.
