good luck with that. you should probably make sure your health insurance is going to cover your hospital bill first.

your only hope that I can think of is to tell her something like' "honey, I've been feeling sort of out of shape lately but I just can't get motived to go to the gym. I was thinking that if we went together, it would be a really nice way for us to spend time together." or similar nonsense. then you might get to live.

Just to follow up: I can't help but laugh at how so many women who answered were like, "oooh noo, you pig! you should just appreciate her for what's on the inside! you don't love her and you should die, you worthless bastard!"

LOL. What a bunch of retarded insane bullcrap. Oh wait! I'm sorry, that's right; I forgot—everyone knows that attraction between the genders has NOTHING to do with physical appearance. That's why you always see fashion models dating fat ugly guys, oops I mean sports stars.

Stop lying to yourselves! Women at least as judgmental about men's appearances as men are about women's. In fact, probably more so—a girl will not date someone just because he doesn't DRESS well enough for her tastes.

The only difference is, that if you tell a guy he needs to lose 10 pounds, his self-esteem won't plummet to the bottom of the Marianas trench and he won't feel unloved and vengeful.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

First of all you shouldn't tell your girlfriend she needs to lose any weight.. because you should be attracted to whom she is on the inside not her shell as that isn't what makes a person. U need to love her and care about her as she is or let her go so that she can find a man to whom apprechiates her for her and her weight because that would be bogus of you. I am sorry but that is how it is... to many men believe that women should be small and what not and well that isn't life and the sooner men realize that the happier they will be believe it or not.. because plus size women can make very good girlfriends/wifes... they really know how to love someone and how to treat them.

It's "lose" (not "loose") and if she's overweight, she already knows that, so there's no need for you to think you are bringing it to her attention.

If you find her unappealing at her current weight, why not suggest y'all start working out together or playing tennis, or some other activity. Tell her you want to be more fit, and thought it would be fun and keep you on track better if y'all worked out together. That way you aren't telling her outright you find her unattractive at her current weight, but are also planning to do something good for your own health as well.

Just tell her "I want to look my very best for you so I signed up at this Gym, to loose a few pounds." Maybe she will do the same for you then. Good luck!

well first, does she NEED to? Is she 5 lbs overweight or 50? if shes just a little bigger than you like, shut up. if she's actually becoming overweight, unhealthy ect. I would suggest just saying that you're worried about her health and ask if she would mind if she ate healthier and maybe worked out a tiny (offer to diet and work out with her).

My boyfriends ex got a lot bigger while they were dating and he had to brace the subject many times, mostly he used her health to motivate her and it worked, though my boyfriend is diabetic and could use that he didnt want her to be a type 2 one day.

You don't. you either love her for who she is or you leave and let her find someone worthy of her.

You don't. If you can't accept her for who she is...what are you doing with her.
