Well, I don't know what happened, but I think you should see a dermatologist if the treatments you are having don't seem to work.

Looks to me like they are scars. Looks like the swelling aspect of the pimple has been reduced and what you're left with now is the residual inflammatory process. Sorry this can't be more positive. Acne sucks and unfortunately takes time to heal. Have you considered seeing a dermatologist for some prescription strength medication. Obviously this is buggin' ya, so if you want it gone, like yesterday, prescription medication is your best bet.

Whenver you experience a reaction to a product, it's wise to stop using them. Also, it takes the skin several weeks to adjust to new skin care regimens. You might want to patch test and try small portions of your face to see what happens. What many people don't know is that most soaps and cleansers on the market contain mineral oil. The molecular structure of which is too large to penetrate into the pores of our skin so it sits on the top layer like saran wrap. This causes dirt and debris to collect on our face, thus causing our skin problems. Also, the FDA does not regulate the use of skin care here in the US so you'll find a lot of products that contain animal products and bi products, too high on the pH scale, not actually been tested (just "approved" or "recommended"), etc. This strips your skins acid mantel which is its protective layer and causes more skin problems. You might want to research your products before applying them to your skin if you're experiencing reactions.

Yeah you may be having an alergic reaction. Stop using the product and see of our face plays out. It also could be scaring. I would check in with a dermatologist to make sure it is nothing too serious.

Listen to me I have pimple and that is hard to get rid of in island climate. When you come home and it is hot put a cold wet washcloth on your face or take the easy way out and use pro-active cause over the counter crap does work.I have used like millions of acne cremes none work like pro-active.

It would seem your skin is having an allergic reaction to the chemicals in the medicine. Most likely the alcohol in it. In most cases you can continue to use it and your body eventually grows out of the allergy and the medicine does its job. In more severe cases though it's wiser to test alternative medicines and also cut back on the amount of greasy foods and soda you consume.

dont know what its called but looks like your skin is reacting negatively to the chemicals in the acne wash. this is how you solve all problems, pay .98 for a bottle of ajax antibacterial dishwashing liquid and about 5.00 for a bottle of any good moisturizer. wash your face with the ajax and moisturize. this worked for me. i have no more zits!!! no kidding
