Nothing, assuming that you didn't have any income and you're single.

If you had phone service with long distance service any time between March of 2003 and July of 2006, you can file a return to grab the phone tax rebate. File Form 1040EZ-T to get that if you have no other income.

Nothing. Just call them up to tell them that you didn't work last year. This year will be reported in next year taxes. Where is your income coming from? Unemployment? Report that to the Irs.

If you had no income, you don't need to file a return. But if you collected unemployment insurance or had other income, you need to file.
