Why do people choose to be Black?

I just don't get it. Why would anyone want to have a history of discrimination, slavery, and financial hardships. Why don't the just become white?

That is an absurd question. No one choses to be black. They are BORN that way. You know, I was born white, did I chose to be white? My niece is Mullato, did she chose to be that color? No her mother, my white sister, had sex with a black man and my niece was the result. Also, every race has a history of discriminaton, slavery, and financial hardships. So your question is way off base. Go back to your hole.
