You could have just a stomach bug, or food poisoning, or just a general infection. If your fever doesn't go away in a few days, call a doctor. If it is a stomach bug, it will usually resolve itself in a week or so. As far as anything to help you feel better, with an upset stomach, taking anything could make you more sick. Try some tylenol. You can try pepto for your tummy, or mallox. But if it is a stomach bug, that will make you more sick. I'm sorry that there isn't anything I can tell you for sure. Just watch it and see if it goes away. If it doesn't in a few days, call your doctor. Your fever is pretty low, so you can try tylenol, or a cool compress to your forhead or back of your neck. Just try to relax and take it easy for the next few days.

Tylenol would bring down your fever. Don't use if you have an allergy to it or liver damage.

Dizziness and sleepyness--get some rest!

Throwing up--try sucking on ice chips and lay down with a trash can by the side of the bed to throw up in.

I hope you're feeling better soon! Go to the doctor if you don't feel better in the morning.

Why do you need to be better tomorrow? How old are you and what country? The reason I asked is because I am from UK and the medication that works for me is not available in US also I was going to suggest you cancel whatever it is and stay in bed and eat / drink well.

Advil for the fever.
Pepto for the nausea.
Rest.

Also, why are you so sick? Do you have any sick contacts?

You may need antibiotics.
