Rehydration is the key! Lot's of water and some aspirin. If it's really bad, try to drink a Bloody Mary...for some reason, it does help.
The answerer before me with the Menudo suggestion is also right. Something really hot and spicy (even greasy) seems to help a lot!

No, No, No! You have to go find some good old MENUDO. We lived in New Mexico for 5 yrs and they taught us about Menudo. It is a Mexican soup and whatever the hell they put in there, it does the job! I'm not kidding - this is the stuff you need. At least try it.
