Sounds like an eating disorder. 5'6" and 112 is underweight. According to the BMI (body mass index) scale, anything lower than 18.5 BMI is underweight. You're at 18.1. The Metropolitan Life weight tables lists as 120 as a minimum weight for a female with a small frame.
You don't need to lose any more weight. Seek help from a professional counselor. There is mental illness associated with eating disorders. It doesn't mean that you need to be put away somewhere, but you do need to get your binging and attempts at purging under control before it gets too serious.
Good luck!

Eating disorders and mental problems are the same thing and it sounds like you have one. It is very smart of you to realize that you need medical help. Talk to your mom or someone you trust, and if you feel it necessary, go see a doctor, because it sounds like you have a real problem here. Many girls die from eating disorders. You are a very slender girl and I'm sure you are beautiful; why lose more weight? Be confident and love your body, because all women have curves and that is something to be proud of!

you are going to become severely "mentally ill" if you keep obsessing about your weight, and bingeing and purging...you already know this. it's on tv in some capacity every single day. i don't think you're at the point of no return yet, however. i urge you to talk to someone about your eating habits and thought processes surrounding food and weight. it's so much easier to turn it around now, then to do the in and out of the hospital routine. you may not understand it fully yet, but this is a way some young women learn to seek attention and acceptance...please learn to accept and love yourself as you are. very best of luck to you.

Do you advise you pick to be filled up (so that you're not to any extent further hungary) yet without putting on Weight or ingesting fatty foodstuff? if so, nutrition which have fowl, rice, pasta, lamb, pink meat, bread will all fill you up because they're intense in carbohydrate and protein degrees. try spag bol, pasta bake, paella, risotto, spanish omelet, favourite omelet, fajitas. If any of them have comprise butter aspects or cheese or fatty ingredients, then in simple terms use a lot less or take them out or use some thing similar. wish that helps :)

It could be the start of an eating disorder. You should talk to your school nurse, or a doctor you trust. They can rule out any of those.
