I read from The Holy Bible everyday that I can, which is most days.
May God Bless you.

According to psychology and Buddhist thought, once you've reached a certain level of comprehension or philosophical view, it's difficult to "look back". When you learn logic and understand it, it's hard to sit and imagine that you thought any other way. It's just the way the mind changes as you grow, if you're karmically and physically capable of such growth, but it's unkind and/or arrogant to expect people to think as you or I might in that mindset because not everyone can or has achieved the same levels of thinking all at the same time. This is where compassion, understanding (knowledge), wisdom and patience come in.

Yes, I read the Bible and was driven away from Christianity, but came back to it because of the behavior of some Christians I knew. Later, I read the Quran and was convinced that it was absolutely true. I don't know any Muslims in person besides myself, though I do have some nice Muslim internet friends now, since I've gone looking for them.
Have you ever read the Quran, or are you just assuming that it says something bad about or bad for women?

I read the Bible numerous times, I read the Book of Mormon numerous times, I read many Buddhist scriptures, and many other texts of many religions and then I was finally converted, well, after I sought confirmation from God, and received it.

The religious texts of any religion should not be taken as the total guiding light of your life. Use your own common sense and knowledge to make sense of the world you live in.
