Im 14, like I want to know everything for what they look for. Additude, looks, hobbies, stuff like dat.

ok i'm 16.. guess it wouldn't be that far off.. but i'm looking for a very nice girl without a snobby attitude thats pretty... (somewhat skinny with medium-long straight hair brown or blonde), thats somewhat athletic plays soccer if possible, and a girl that i'm very comfortable talking to..
to put it in a nutshell, i'd be looking for a pretty tomboy whom i'm comfortable being around.
of course different guys look for diff things.. i'd say the preferences on looks are somewhat the same though

I think that the most attractive characteristic that a girl can possibly have is not being controlled or even really influenced by gender roles. That is not expecting the guy to: hold doors, let her enter the room first, pay for dinner all of the time, propose marriage or make the first move in any situation just because he is the guy. She should be in touch with herself enough not to be too influenced by society and all the gender crap. That's most important to me and really sexy.
As far as looks I like alot of things but I would say that the type of girl that I've been interested in lately is one with darker hair and a pretty thin body. Of course every couple of months what I like physically changes and even now i'm not only looking for girls that look that way. I say that anyone who has the personality has a chance.
As long as the girl doesn't smoke I'm cool. That's the big thing with me. I probably wouldn't have a long term relationship with a girl who does smoke.
Her hobbies can be anything from sports to writing. I like a girl that has alot of hobbies so that we can always find something to do.

It may start off being looks. I probably wouldn't have made as much of an effort to talk originally to the girlfriend I have now had she not been as gorgeous as she is. Once you start talking to the guy, then what makes him interested is the attitude, your hobbies, your likes and dislikes. Not many guys are going to stick with a pretty girl if she's annoying. A big part of what keeps a relationship going is how determined a couple is to stay together through anything and what develops this kind of determination is the fact that you're personality makes him want to stay with you more.

I am going to make a bunch of huge generalizations here...
Honestly, at 14, most guys haven't the foggiest idea what they are looking for in a girl!
They are a bit like walking testicles-for-brains, so they *think* that they are looking for girls that look like pron stars. Fortunately 14yo girls do not look like pron stars, so here's the thing: guys will pretty much go with whom ever they can get........ It's not like they would have the guts to approach a really "hot" girl anyway, unless they were the arrogant type.
A word of caution, at 14 most guys have no idea what the word "relationship" means, and typically do not think very much about the feelings of others, if at all. It's not that they are selfish, they just have a really hard time thinking about social or emotional issues.
They can be tons of fun to hang around with, but I wouldn't invest too much of yourself in them.
The only thing I can reccomend is to try to improve your communication skills. Try to approach other guys, and make yourself more approachable. Don't let your conversations be all about him, or all about you. Try being a better listener, and ask guys questions about their opinions, not just about you, but about all sorts of things......
I think that all guys appreciate a girl who is friendly, spontaneous, Intelligent, and not self centered. If you are a really nice girl, guys won't care too much what you look like.

What I look for in a girl would be A great personality that i like and can get along with, also has a sense of humor and can seriously make me laugh, also a girl who is pretty and has a good looking body

Everyone has different qualities in a person that they look for. If you are looking for a good relationship be yourself. It's allot easier to date a guy who likes you for you then to pretend to be something or someone you are not.

Just be yourself, that is all you can be and should...But Please Don't be worry about this at 14 you have your whole life ahead of you enjoy your teenage years because you will never get them back.
