I wonder why this guy always said: it's up to you. For example: eating out, or going somewhere.....It's a bit tiring, right? I must always decide to go where and when by myself and he just follows.

I mean: does he undecided type or lazy type or laid-back type????? How to make him make decision sometimes, not me...all the time!!! Thanks for suggestion and opinion about the situation ;)

He could just not care, or he may think that if he picks the wrong place to eat or something you wouldn't be happy!

When my adorable gf & i started going out together i was exactly like that! It's not being lazy or laid-back at all! I was just afraid of picking somewhere or something that she might not like & she'd be unhappy.I was so stressed out at keeping her - still don't know what my angel sees in me! - that i reckoned if i left everything to her, it would keep her happy!
Like you, she got kinda fed-up about it, but when she found out the real reason it didn't bother her at all! All she said was you should have told me! It must have worked, we've been together 15 happy ecstatic months now.Good luck!

lol He wants you to be in a confortable place and cares about were you would like to go out to etc. Maybe he doesnt really know any place and puts the load on you. Either way, I think that you should tell him to do some research cause you're losing choices. I dont know if he is lazy or laid back cause I dont know him. That's something that you have to figure out on your own.

seems to me like he is the really laid back type, that or he doesn't want to have you mad at him for a wrong decision. Next time both of you are going out, refuse to choose, say if you don't choose we are not going out! Tell him you want and value his input, and basically are sick and tired of choosing all the time. If you want to ease him into it, give him a couple of choices to choose from...but hold your ground...don't decide, if he wants to go anywhere sooner or later he will have to decide...just make sure you respect his decision.

It sounds like he just wants to make sure that whatever you guys do is enjoyable for you, and letting you pick is the best way to ensure that. From an outsider's perspective, it seems to me that he's probably the laid-back type. Just tell him that you feel like he never gets to pick and that you'll be happy when he gets to do what he wants to do once in awhile too.

Im a bit like that so in answer to your question from a guys perspective he is just laid back and when he asks you where you want to go it means he wants you to choose so he doesnt get shouted at thats all - so you cant say to him your choice and it was **** thats all

Maybe that's his way of trying to be helpful and kind to you. Why don't you talk to him and say approx:

I'd like you to have a deciding voice in what we do and make some of the decisions. That would help me feel more relaxed, okay?

Maybe he either feels this is a way to ensure you are happy with what the two of you end up doing... or he may be all out of ideas. Maybe ask him what places he has liked to go to in the past, then when you discuss going out again you can bring it up.. like, 'oh, i know you said you liked blah-blah, let's go there!'

it could be that he a little unsure of himself and rather than make a suggestion that you wouldn't like he'd rather get you to make the decision than it's always the right one. maybe you should drop hints about your 'mates boyf' whos so good at making decisions. he's so manly blah blah blah.you mite see a whole new side to your guy!

I'm like him. It means, we are flexible. Also, I don't wanna hurt people so I tend to just go what the other person wants. I like to please everyone around me so I sometimes say yes all the time. Doesn't mean I'm lazy cause I'm not, and not also laid back. We're just simply flexible and try to please everybody that's all.
