This is talking about the armies that come against Israel. They will be swallowed up to be cast in the pit of hell, to be remembered no more. Who are the enemies of Israel, ALL nations shall rise up against her. So, whatever nation comes against Israel is apart of this battle Armageddon.

The victors will be Jesus Christ and His saints. Satan and his followers will be cast to the lake of fire, the pit of hell.

Satan will be bound so as not to be able to interfere in anything for 1,000 years. After that time he will be released a short time, enough to allow all of then-perfected mankind to demonstrate their loyalty to God & his Soveriegnty.
