like say if u was to have a promblem n u got stress i want to know how to getover it without being up set

This is a difficult question without details. "Stress" and "upset" can mean different things to different people.

Taking deep breaths is a good way to calm down fairly quickly.

Exercise can help relieve stress.

Praying (talking to God) helps if you believe.

Writing about the situation and your feelings can help you think more clearly, as can talking to someone.

Don't be afraid to express your feelings in healthy ways, and try to deal with or change situations that cause you stress. It's not healthy to "stuff" your feelings and try to convince yourself you're "over it."
