I'm not sure if this is a clear question, but I'd like to look up certain Hebrew words and the original meaning, and compare them to English words which have been chosen in their place. Thanks.

You can buy a Strong's Exhaustive Concordance for about 20 bucks in any Bible book store. With this, you can compare any english word in the Bible to the Hebrew, or, in the New Testament, the Greek. This book is a great Bible tool. I've used it for years. Also, you find this book in the reference section of most any library.

Depends,Can you read hebrew?

I would suggest going to a hebrew bookstore and asking for a translated bible with Interlinear translation. I happen to think the KJV is sort of close but unless you can actually speak Hebrew some stuff is just lost in the translation.

Go to www.e-sword.net and download the bible program. You can get translations in almost any language, including Hebrew, Greek, and Latin. It's the greatest free study tool anywhere.
