Maybe she is just shy about trying new things. Do it this way, talk to her about it. Be strait forward and tell her that she will never like things unless she try it. I was the same way, but now I like trying all kinds of new things.

Sometimes it takes a while for a woman to get comfortable having sex in different positions...not the actual, physical sensations but her worry about her body image. If you think about it, when you're in the missionary position, your body covers most of hers, unless her ankles are around your neck. She might worry that she would look bad in different positions. If you think that might be the issue, you can work on building up her self esteem, telling her that you're crazy about the way she looks, etc...
She might have other issues. Some women don't want to be on top because they're afraid they won't know the right way to move to get you off (not realizing that just about any movement will work for you). Some women don't want to do doggy style because they worry that you're imagining doing someone else, or that your interest in that position means you'd rather have a man. Sometimes we hear stupid things, or read them in a magazine, and start believing them.
She also could have physical discomfort in some positions. If you're really well-endowed (be honest with yourself here) then a position that allows for really deep entry could be painful for her. If you're not making sure she's aroused before entry, she could be uncomfortable in any position.
Last, she could be uncomfortable because of something that happened in her past. I have a friend who has never told her husband, after 13 years of marriage, that the reason she won't give him oral is because she was molested as a child.
Anyhow, don't give up on the relationship just because your girl doesn't want to try new things yet. It takes time to get comfortable with a partner, but it is really worth it in the end...I remember being embarrassed to be on top when I was first dating my husband, but we've gotten to the point where we'll try anything that the other one is fantasizing about (except threesomes, he's out of luck there).

just let her know that you want to satisfy her in more ways you could - tell her it's all for her not for you (even though, me and you both know the real reason...not that it's bad) - tell her you're not a perv, and you just want to express all the love you have her - once you tap into a chick's emotional reason of sex, you'll get more with sex positions - just be open about your ideas and keep reassuring her ;)
