Not quite, it all depends on the cause of such war. Some times God allows war either to punish,teach a lesson, make corrections or even to manifest his power. God allow all wars for a purpose,not that he derive joy in seeing his children kill each other.

We are the ones watching the war between ourselves and do nothing about it. God gave us free will and what are we doing with it to make this a better place?

If God is omnipotent and omniscient, then perhaps or perhaps God doesn't care or perhaps God sets things in motion that God doesn't like because God is a masochist? Hmm... Sadomasochism might explain a lot too... Both because it hurts so good?

How odd that people who don’t believe in God think that he does. How can you believe that if you don’t believe he exists?
