Biggest question I'd have for you is, do you feel satisfied eating like this? Do you enjoy eating these kinds of foods? If so, great. If not, change it up and eat the foods that you will enjoy more.

Your diet is fine here. The people who say "leave out the bacon bits" or "make sure they're imitation fat free flavor free cruelty free bacon bits" are full of hot air. Don't listen to them. Same with the people who spend more time analyzing this diet and less time offering you support for what you're trying to do.

Another thing you should ignore is people telling you that this will only work if you exercise. Yes, exercise is great for you. Absolutely. But you can lose weight by diet alone, and you can lose weight by exercise alone. Ideally, you'll do both, but neither one is a requirement, and you shouldn't kill yourself trying to be perfect. You should try to be you.

That's the advice I'd give you about all of this. Play around with it. Have fun with it. Don't make it a chore. Try something out. If you find that it doesn't work, or if it's too slow for you, try adding or subtracting something from what you're doing. In the end, the ONLY diet or exercise program that will work for you is one that you're committed to. Whether that diet contains real or imitation bacon bits is irrelevant, isn't it?

Check out www.fitday.com if you want to keep very meticulous notes on the food you eat every day. Fitday is free to use, and will provide you with a complete overview of what you're eating after you enter it all in, so you can see for yourself if your nutrition is meeting your own set goals.

Stick with it. Remember that the only thing keeping you from your goal is willpower. You have control over what you think, and over what you put into your own mouth. You can do it! Good luck!

Remember, to lose weight, you not only have to follow a plan of eating healthier foods - you have to exercise, too. What you eat during the day, regardless of how much or how little could matter not, if you're sitting on the couch the whole time, watching television. If you're serious about losing weight, I suggest in attempting to exercise regularly to the point of sweating 4-5 times a week, for 30 minutes. If you feel up to it, you can do it for longer, but regardless, you're going to need a good fitness program to help you achieve your goal. There's nothing stopping you being creative - start a sport, go to the gym, take an aerobics class - and remember, fitness should be fun. If something isn't working for you, don't give up, simply try something else. Good luck!

No, you need to include protein with every meal. Cut the bacon, fat anyways, add a midmorning snack, too much dairy is not good, no matter how low fat it is.Too much fruit is also not good, contains too much sugar.Make sure you r oil is virgin olive oil, and beef up your steak a bit to 6-8 ozs. Small potatoes?? depends on what you consider small, Like baby potatoes. Brown rice is better. So all in all, you ate okay, but this won't last long because in a couple of days you will be starving, and then your body will end up hanging onto your fat, instead of releasing it, going into starvation mode. Good Luck

If that works for you, and you're decreasing your intake I'm sure you will loose weight. However a good tip for keeping weight off is having a reasonable and realistic diet. You have to be able to enjoy food too. Honestly none of that sounds very good at all! But like I said if it works for you then it's wonderful. Don't feel guilty about eating foods you enjoy especially if you're taking care of your body. You deserve it! I'm sure you already look wonderful anyway I'm 5'5 and 190lbs! It's all about how you feel about yourself. Some of the people on here might make you feel like they're modeling coaches or something! I wish you all the luck!

Looks good, but next time leave the bacon bits out of the salad. Make sure the yogurt is plain unsweetened yogurt, you can add raw honey to make it taste better. Everything looks good, just make sure the bread is whole grain and that the salad is not iceburg lettuce. Try eating celery as a snack, believe it or not, it gives you negative calories. Look into it.
