GOD made man with the desire yes. but to spread it over with multiple partners no. HE has built us with the desires that we have only to be used appropriately that is within marriage between male and female. That is why there is so many diseases that concerns this issue, all because we misuse the original intent for our strong desires.

God did not create man.
Man has evolved over time. The only way he can continue to spread his species is to spread his seed. This is definitely not the most important aspects of his existence.

Maybe God was just a novice creator?
God might also be a sadomasochist. That would explain the torture inherent in creating desires for multiple partners but then commanding that it not be so... That would explain a lot actually...
Would that mean that people that think things are perfect for them also be sadomasochists? That might also explain a lot...

no. God created man so they can have a realtionship and have a family. God intend for a male and i mean male and female note i said and female to have a realtionship and have a family. Remember God made adam and eve not adam and steve or susie and betty. to be together..
