Forget yoga and any Eastern religion, they are not based on God. Get a bible, call around some baptist churches and ask for one. Read all of the new testament. It's about Jesus. God loves you, He sent His only Son to die for you sins, we all are sinners and need a savior, He cares for you. Jesus paid the ultimate price for you, even if you were the only person who was on earth; He would have gone to the cross for you. Read 'People's Gosple Hour' on the internet.
We all have felt hopeless and alone, but it can change for you. Don't put your hope in others or your circumstances. God gave you your life, you have no right to end it. 10 years from now or even 5 your life can be more exciting and more fulfilling. If you ended it you will never experience that. I knew boys who did that, now they have rotted in their graves, to be blunt.
They miss every sunny day, every cool breeze, even the falling rain --and every time their friends laugh. They will never travel, and I hate to think where their soul is forever. I think they did it to 'hurt' certain people, who yes- were very hurt, [ I know none of those young men were ill.] However today those same hurt people are going to restaurants, having babies, going on vacation, shopping, living life, playing sports. It's only the ones who did that are under the earth now. Remember your soul never dies--it will live eternally in one place or the other. Somebody loves you very much and I love you.

I've found nothing that keeps the thought of suicide from coming to my mind, but I think we can choose to control our thoughts. First, I tell myself that suicide is not an option. Then I try to focus on something else. Sometimes I pray. Sometimes I try to plan something fun to do. Of course, sometimes I don't want to stop thinking about suicide, and then I prefer to email or call a friend.
You're not crazy. I know how you feel. And if you want, you can email me. I'd be happy to "listen" if you need to "talk." Hope this helps. Take care.
Oh... you should probably ask your mom about yoga classes if that's something you're interested in. Might help.

You need to talk to someone, and Y!A is probably not the best solution. Just try to calm down and take a few deep breaths. Make a list of all the positive thing in your life and a list of all the negatives. then decide what you're going to do to make the negative things positive. You have to be honest with yourself when you do this. Then try to talk to your mom or a really close friend. It helps to get it all off your chest.

Please go to the guidance counselor at school! Talk first to the guidance counselor then you and the guidance counselor talk together with your Mom. You are in a deep depression! You are not going crazy sweety, this is a chemical imbalance in your brain. You need talk therapy and maybe medication. There are people who do care and love you.It is just very hard for you to feel or see that love right now. I'll pray for you.
