There's a boy at my school who I've known forever but I'm newly friends with and it's obvious he's crazy about me. I'm not at all interested in him like that. It's hard becuse I'm nice to him and I think it comes off as I'm flirting with him. He's really touchey and stuff so he always puts his hands on my shoulders. I can tell everyone knows he likes me, including his family :( I can tell he's going to ask me out soon and I don't no what to do!

Drawing the friendship lines are best done by being direct. First of all he's touchy, best time to make the friendship lines clear is when he touches you. Tell him that you have rules and that only boyfriends are allow to touch you like that. Also tell him about other guys, boyfriends, ex's, even perceptive boyfriends. Just be direct as soon as possible, don't wait until he asks you out. He feel rejected and you might lose a friend.
