Both of my hands are just bothering. I went to grab something and I realized that I couldn't because my hand started to get this uncomfortable sensation. I tried to write, but I could barely keep the pencil my hand. I could apply any amount od pressure on them or they would get that feeling. I checked my blood sugar and it is normal.
But whats wrong with my hands then. They feel so useless and numb.

THAT HAPPENS TO ME ALL THE TIME...MY DOCTOR SAID ITS CUZ IM LOW IN IRON.TRY TO TAKE AN IRON SUPPLEMENT BUT ASK YOUR DOCTOR FIRST CUZ I HEARD IF YOU GET TOO MUCH IRON IT COULD BE BAD FOR YOU.

So - how come you can still type?
Anyway, if the feeling persists for more than 15 minutes, even after you tried moving your fingers and rubbing them and such, or if you start feeling any worse, or if the numbness spreads, go to a doctor. The ER if need be. Something could be wrong with your circulation or your brain.
