It's legal, as long as your model has reached the AGE OF MAJORITY which in Texas is 18.

Be prepared to have those pictures pawed through and even reproduced without your consent, and perhaps hanging in some stranger's workplace or home - I used to work in a mini-photo-lab type of camera shop and that happened all the time.

Do yourself (or your model) a favour and borrow a digital camera from a friend or from your school.

It's legal if the models gave their concent and they are legaly adults. By law if the lab THINKS the models are underage they have to report you and then you must prove to the authorities that the models are not underage. The photolabs can refuse to do it even if the models are or legal age.

Besides be careful, photolabs technicians love to make copies for themselves, they are not suposed to do it but they do, and you don't know where the pics will end.

Buy an insta Polaroid or ask for a loaned digital and avoid all the trouble.

It's not illegal. Some photo finishers won't print it, though. (Think WalMart, and some others)

If you're young, expect some questions and a show of ID, if you're underage, expect some trouble.
