And how do you file a motion to get the lein off your home??
At the time no one told me that if he gets PTI , the lien will stay on until the PTI is over.
His father paid for the lawyer, I put up the house. He has been going to all his court dates, and was evaluated for drugs and alcohol and deemed as neither a drug addict or an alcoholic. He recieved PTI instead of going to trial.
Since he's been doing everything he should , couldn't he get an
ROR , so he is responsible for himself and I can get the lien removed???
I printed out through the Internet the paperwork to file , but there dosen't seem to be a catagory for what I want.
What am I missing and who should I go to ?
I have no more lawyer money, isn't there a a paralegal service in New Jersey that could help at less of a cost than a lawyer???.

Well as long as this person doesnt run for the hills you should be fine. But if he does you could lose your home.

Until this whole matter is cleared up you cant do much of any thing. The courts want there money no matter how thay get it. I would say its not the smartest thing youve done.
