my father in-laws widow is begging people to donate money so she can get his cremains because her daughter &son in-law don't have the funds to pay the funeral home director in full before she can have them.if his widow doesn't come up with the full amount in a reasonable mount of time does the funeral home director have the right to dispose of the cremains.

they won't dispose of them. they will store them but it will probably cost.

Why can you and your husband help the poor woman come up with the rest of the money instead of having her begging for money.
