If you are referring to Esherisha coli, then it divides by binary fision. In other words, it replicates its organelles and genome, then devides into two new daughter cells. It doesn't have a life cycle. It just grows.
If however, you mean Entamoeba coli, then it divides in the same way as Esherisha coli, but is an amoeba, and actually has a life cycle. I recommend you search something like wikipedia for "Amoeba", and it will tell you its life cycle. In short it has a trophozoite and a cyst stage.
