Positive thinking is great. You don't want to go around feeling sorry for yourself because that's not attractive. You can do whatever you believe you can do as long as you don't quit.

Being in India is a privilege; I love your country I've been there all together for about 2 years. Great country.
There are many things that can help you, positive thinking is one of them. Just you have to know few things about it, and how the mind is working.
1. The mind is a goal oriented if he doesn't thinks positive he thinks negative.
2. The brain (mind) is like the muscles you have to practice all the time, practice positive thinking, if you stop, you lose it.
3. You can use affirmation but search the internet about it before, if you feel lousy and you say to yourself "I'm feeling great now", your mind will say "what the hack are you talking about? This is not true". It's better to say the truth and to do what's called pace and leading "I'm feeling lousy now but maybe in few moment it will change" when you say so you already start to feel better, and then say "I'm feeling a little better now" and then "I'm feeling much better now" and you can go on and on "I'm feeling great now".
4. You can use this technique with any issue, or you can say something like "from day to day I'm becoming more and more self-confidence", and so on…
5. You can try to change the "I" with "You", "from day to day YOU feel more and more…" Play with it see what is best for you.
6. Very important is repeating and consisting, when you say it to yourself say it at least ten time try with deferent tone speed and volume, do it three time a day, the best time is when just waking up and just before falling asleep. And do it every day.
7. Another thing that can Help you is hypnosis you can get it here: http://www.instant-hypnosis.com/hypnosis/positive_thinking_hypnosis.aspx/?afl=30445 they also have many other sessions that can help you.
8. If the depression is too bad and for long time it's OK to go to the Dr and get some anti-depression medicine nothing to be ashamed of.
Good Luck

Lol. You are not a Loser! Geeeeez, you are right tho about you having depression, sounds that way to me too. I think that we all go through a point in our lives (some would call it a nervous break down) when we realize that all out childhood fantasies are not going to come true. But you have to accept that, and KNOW that it's okay. Because fantasies were not meant to be realities and vice versa. You can however lead a very happy and successful life and STILL follow your dreams. They just begin to change and become more realistic as we ge tolder, that's all. I know plenty of men who have not settled down and gotten married till they were 35+, so you have nothing to worry about in this regard. AND YES, postive thinking does help. Your mind and body are connected, I don't know why more people can't realize this. If you are having to much trouble and find that you have not or are not happy for a month of more, then see a counselour to talk to for a while because you could have major depression. And you can email me if you want, because I think Indian guys are HOT! :) Later Sexy
