sweetheart, God is everywhere at all times. do not merely worship him one day a week? but be close to him every waking moment of your life. you do not need to be in church to pray to him. and he does not ask anything more of you than for you to believe in him and keep to his word.
i would say not to worry about the Sundays you may not get off. for all church is, is a gathering of people who share the same belief. now, to be around others that believe always helps strengthen your own faith. so as often as possible you want to surround yourself with such people. remember that church services do go on more than just on Sunday. i go to church Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. it helps out alot :)
if you ever have any other questions comments or just prayer requests i would love to hear from you.
God bless

I would say to do what you feel is in your best conscience, which from what I read in your post, it is to go to church on Sunday. The other option is if your church offers another service on a different day, like Saturday night or Sunday night.
I would not do anything to sever myself from corporate worship. Worship with other believers is an important part of a healthy Christian walk, and without it your walk will suffer. If you are able to go to another service, great, if you are able to get off for Sundays, great. If not, then you need to do what you already know you need to do, and find another job.
If you end up leaving the job because you are following Scripture and devoting yourself to God, will not God provide a way for you to be employed? I would recommend Matthew 6:25-34. Do not worry, God will provide. He's brought you this far, hasn't he?

I've had jobs where I've had to work Sundays from time to time. I'd avoid it as much as possible as well as avoid jobs with sunday work schedules for that matter, but if this is the job God provided for you, you may have to attend mid-week services, watch church online, things like that until he provides another job where you can have your sundays free.

Now, if it is just church, and not taking a whole day of rest, you might investigate other services (sat night, or sunday evening) that your or another similar church in your area might have.
If it is about the day, and these girls are talking about wanting to go to Christian church even though they are not Christian, it sounds to me like they are trying to get out of work on Sundays. IN that case, you are the one with a real reason, and thus you might go to your boss and discuss this with him.

It was explained to me this way. God will understand that you HAVE to work. I say it this way because some people will grab all of the overtime that they can, even if it means missing Church. God won't accept this. If you have to work, and make an honest attempt to find a replacement so that you can attend Church, you are covered!!

The bible says if the ox is in the ditch on Sunday, get it out. There times when you have to do things on Sunday. You can still worship. Maybe there's a church with evening service. Pray about it.

only as a last resort. and are you like a first day adventice or something? if not, I suggest you render the "first fruits" of each day to God, and work later if you have to put food on the table.
but God is the righteous Judge.

If the other two girls are not Christian but are sincerely interested in going to church, work and let them go to church.
